The Amstel Gold apartment is a three bedroom apartment located just outside the historic centre of Amsterdam near the beautiful Amstel river. The apartment is situated in a redesigned and stylishly finished historic building and is ideal for those after contemporary holiday rental accommdation near one of Amsterdam's many stunning waterways.
This apartment is a modern creative residence spanning two levels, starting on the third floor. The first level offers a spacious, stunningly furnished living room and a fully equipped open kitchen with access to a large private balcony. The second level includes two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a smaller twin room and a bathroom with bath and toilet. This spacious apartment is ideal for families, although business travelers will also appreciate the ease of access to the Amsterdam RAI, Schiphol airport and World Trade Center via public transport.

Our Amstel Gold Apartment is located on a quiet street in the Watergraafsmeer neighbourhood, walking distance from Amsterdam Amstel railway station and the Wibautstraat Metro station. From these stations you can reach Schiphol airport in 20 minutes and the city centre within 10 minutes. If you are using a car, paid parking is available right outside the front door of the apartment. During summer the banks of the Amstel river provide a great place to walk or to have a beverage at one of the numerous drinking establishments, including the fantastic café Hesp. If you are looking for a nearby restaurant, the popular Dauphine is situated just around the corner on Prins Bernardplein and is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Excellent apartment, clean, everything included, towels, utensils, with a bottle of red wine also waiting on us on arrival - thank you. Situated in a good location just far enough away from the city centre to allow you to see other parts of the City, 5mins walk from metro station and 5mins walk the opposite way to Amstel Train station and with a 3day pass costing 15euro it was very handy. Very easy to find your way about with local shops close by. Staff very helpfull. Everyone of our group would definately recommend this company and this apartment to friends and family and we most definately will be using it again ourselves. The closest (that we could find) food shop is on the Victorieplein (the "Dirk", open till 22:00).
Pros:
- everything inside and around is REALLY nice.
Cons:
- only 2 (two) sets of keys are not quite convinient if you are three or more persons. Also, a microwave oven could be handy.
Bottom line:
