  • The self-serviced 2-bedroom Tulip Boutique Apartment is located in one of the city’s prettiest central districts known as the Plantage. Sleeping up to 6 guests this charming holiday rental is an excellent alternative to renting traditional hotel rooms and boasts a delightful rooftop terrace.

    This is a traditional old Amsterdam building with lovely large windows allowing lots of natural light. The décor throughout consists of refreshing neutral colours with a hint of chocolate and lovely warm wooden floors. You will find a good sized stylish fitted kitchen where you can prepare meals during your holiday. Serve them up to your guests at the dining table and chairs. It’s perfect for using a laptop more comfortably and also great for spreading out those unwieldy city maps so you can make plans together for the next day’s sightseeing. In the living room you will also find two large sofas. One of them is huge and L-shaped and converts easily into a double bed for two of your guests. Sit back and enjoy the flat screen TV also provided here for your entertainment. There’s a private bathroom fitted with a combined bath and shower as well as a sink and toilet. The apartment is actually designed on two levels. Take the stairs up to the two pretty bedrooms which are in the romantic roof space. Both rooms are fitted with double beds, storage furniture for your clothes and reading lamps. One of the rooms has access onto a stunning private roof terrace. In the summer months you can sit our here with your guests and enjoy a glass of wine in the sun.

  • The apartment is situated a quiet street just off the charming Utrechtstraat which is famous for its pretty boutiques, laid back cafes and curiosity shops. You can catch any number of trams into the city centre from here taking only minutes to reach Central Station.

    Be sure to wander east from your front door to the end of the street and you will see the majestic Amstel River. The famous Skinny Bridge that features in the classic 1971 James Bond film Diamonds are Forever is just a few minutes’ walk north and is a lovely place to cross the river to explore the Hermitage Museum and the wonderful nearby Waterlooplein Flea Market. Try your best to haggle with the stall-holders and secure yourself a bargain. It’s certainly a great place for photo opportunities.

    Great apartment, perfect for 6! Nice decor and comfortable bed sheets. The living room couch was a little dirty, but everything else was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well. Balcony came in handy. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
