The City Centre Apartment 2, constructed around 1750, was completely renovated in 2010 to the highest standard. With a central location, modern furnishings and stylish design, this five star apartment is perfect for those seeking luxurious short stay accommodation in Amsterdam.
Located on the first floor of a 250 year old historic Amsterdam building, this immaculately finished apartment is fitted with everything expected of modern city living. The living room includes a 40 inch flat screen TV, two armchairs, a comfortable sofa and chandelier. The open kitchen, which includes all the modern conveniences, opens onto the dining room which contains a large dining table seating up to six people. The two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and come with two single beds in each. The bathroom has a shower, bath and basin while the toilet is located separately. If driving, the ground floor contains a private garage (park on demand) which will be in operation in the near future. The apartment was designed and decorated by professional architects and interior designers. All materials used on the interior and furnishing found throughout the apartment are brand new and of the highest quality. When designing the apartment, environmental factors were taken into consideration and as such the heating is partly generated by sun boilers. Sleeping a maximum of four people, the City Centre Apartment is ideal for those wanting to spend their time in Amsterdam in luxury.

Located within the central canal belt, the apartment is situated on Noorderstraat, a small, quiet and cosy street just behind the Prinsengracht canal that is within walking distance to the lively Leidse Square and Rembrandt square. Slightly further afield but still accessible on foot is Museum Square, home to the famous Rijks museum and The Van Gogh museum, and Amsterdam's largest park, Vondelpark. The central location makes it easy to get to anywhere you want in Amsterdam on foot, however a tram stop is located just 2 minutes from the apartment if you don't feel like walking.
