The City Centre Apartment 5 is a beautiful residence housed in an 18th century building. Completely renovated in 2010 to the highest standard, this residence boasts a central location close to canals, modern furnishing and stylish design, making it perfect for those wanting a luxurious stay in Amsterdam.
Located over two floors of a 250 year old historic Amsterdam building, this 125m2 immaculately finished apartment is fitting with everything expected of modern city living. The living room includes a 40 inch flat screen TV, two armchairs, a comfortable sofa bed and chandelier. The open kitchen, which includes all the expected modern conveniences, opens onto the dining room containing a dining table seating up to six people. The two bedrooms are located on a separate floor and one contains a double bed while the other includes two singles. The bathroom has a shower, bath and basin while the toilet is located separately. The apartment was designed and decorated by professional architects and interior designers. All materials used on the interior and furnishing found throughout the apartment, are brand new and of the highest quality. When designing the apartment, environmental factors were taken into consideration and as such the heating is partly generated by sun boilers. Sleeping a maximum of six people, the City Centre Apartment is ideal for couples or a small group wanting to spend their time in Amsterdam in luxury.

Located within the central canal belt, the apartment is situated on Noorderstraat, a small, quiet and cosy street just behind the Prinsengracht canal that is within walking distance to the lively Leidse Square and Rembrandt square. Slightly further afield but still accessible on foot is Museum Square, home to the famous Rijks museum and The Van Gogh museum, and Amsterdam's largest park, Vondelpark. The central location makes it easy to get to anywhere you want in Amsterdam on foot, however a tram stop is located just 2 minutes from the apartment for those with weary legs.
