    Beautifully refurbished with your comfort in mind the apartment offers a quiet solace from the noise of the big city. Two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable double beds and a third room has two singles which can also be put together to create a double if so required. You will find a stylish living area with contemporary furniture, perfect for relaxing in front of the provided flat screen TV after a long day exploring the city. International channels are accessible for your entertainment. A well designed fitted kitchen is installed with everything you need to make you own meals for you and your guests. The apartment has its own private bathroom with shower, bath and wash basin and two toilets. Accessed via a lift, travellers with lots of luggage will be extremely happy!

    Excellent public transports links can be accessed nearby taking you quickly to and from Central Station and of course the airport.

     

    Important information: Construction work takes place on the main road and pavement alongside the apartment building until the end of April 2012. This may cause inconvenience and the building is not directly reachable by car.

  • The City Park Apartment V is located witin easy walking distance of the Leidseplein, perhaps the city’s most popular entertainment area. You will find several tram lines taking you to and from Central Station quickly or alteratively across town. Be sure to visit the nearby Museumplein where you can spend an afternoon exploring the mammoth Rijksmuseum and all its national and international treasures and art works. Or pop over the square to the Van Gogh Museum and admire the great master’s handiwork. The museum has the largest collection of his enlightening self portraits.

    The Heineken Experience museum is only a few minutes further along the road. One of the most popular visitor attractions you can find out all about the history of Holland’s most famous export. You will even receive a real Heineken bottle with your name or a simple message of your choice printed on it.

    If you are feeling hungry then why not check out Restaurant Moeders at Rozengracht 251. relatively close to your apartment. It’s a great place to enjoy a coffee and cake at reasonable city prices. ‘Moeders’ is the Dutch word for ‘mothers’ and since opening 20 years ago the owners have encouraged visitors to bring along a photo of their mothers to be stuck up on the walls of the restaurant. Thousands of framed and unframed pictures now cover the walls. Why not bring a photo of your own mother to add to the collection. The result is a warm and cosy environment. Open 7 days a week the restaurant offers traditional Dutch cuisine. There’s a nice sunny terrace from May until September and if you bring along your mother on her birthday then Moeders have a little treat in store for her.
