The Citypark Suite V Apartment is located only minutes on foot from Vondelpark,the cities major park opened in 1865. The park is a great place for a walk or to enjoy one of its many cafes including the Round Blue Teahouse and cafe Vertigo, housed at the Netherlands Film Museum. Throughout summer Vondelpark fills with people playing music, kicking around a football, eating, drinking or just relaxing. Just a few minutes walk from Vondelpark, you'll find Museum Square, home to some of the cities most famous museums in the Rijks Museum and the Van Gogh Museum. The partial closure of the Rijks is possibly a blessing in disguise with the museum at present housing 400 of its most famous works in what its website describes as the creme de la creme. The Apartment is located close to Amsterdam's famous shopping street, P.C. Hooftstraat, home to famous international brands, and you'll also find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants in the area.

Rate: 10 Very nice apartment for a short stay. It is situated near many bars, restaurants and nightclubs and well serviced by tram lines. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the apartment for four people looking for accommodation in Amsterdam. - « go back
