  • This Amsterdam apartment is located in the Amstel area, overlooking the stunning river and in close proximity to the train station. This makes trips to and from the airport a breeze and also enables direct access to the city centre, just a fifteen minute journey away. For those visiting Amsterdam on business purposes, the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre is reachable within twenty minutes by foot, or by a ten minute bus ride.


    The Amstel River is one of the most iconic natural landmarks in the capital, with its banks home to numerous restaurants, cafes and art galleries. A ten minute stroll along the water will bring you to a totally unique dining experience, Ctaste. This relatively new restaurant is completely pitch black, with patrons entirely unaware of what occupies their plates. Blind and visually impaired staff attentively guide you to your table and through the duration of your meal. It truly is a shock on the senses and certainly worth a visit for those daring enough to try it.


    If you wish to seek solace in a tranquil environment then Frankendael Park, the city's only remaining 17th century country estate, is just a short walk across the river. This romantic refuge possesses two picturesque gardens, Style and Landscape, plus a sunbathing and picnic area, and of course the park's namesake, the striking and historical Frankendael House.
