  • If you are seeking Amsterdam accommodation directly in the city centre, then this apartment should be your number one choice. The lodging’s central base allows for direct access to the capital’s main sights and points of interest, with the majority of attractions reachable by foot. The Central Station is also just a ten minute walk away, enabling effortless admission to the airport. Should you wish to venture further afield, this is also a great locale for infiltrating the city’s public transport system.


    The apartment overlooks the legendary Dam Square, which is home to a variety of street performers, the popular Madame Tussauds Museum and of course the magnificent Royal Palace. A few metres east will deposit you in the notorious Red Light District. Despite appearances this is actually a very safe and pleasant neighbourhood, with a treasure trove of hidden cafes and restaurants. This colourful area comes alive in the evening, as the bridges become illuminated and the twinkling red lights reflect off the calm canal waters. The Red Light District is also home to the Old Church that dates back to the early 1300s, a stunning piece of architecture steeped in history that nowadays presents cultural and religious events, including the prestigious World Press Photo Exhibition. This inspiring and often deeply moving exposition takes place in spring and is highly recommended for any photography fanatics.

    The apartment was better than the photos!! Everything about the place wow'ed us, we didn't want to leave. Felt like a second home. The check in was simple and easy. Cannot reccomend this apartment enough. Our balcony looked over Dam square and the apartment itself stunning!! Love love loved it!!
