  • The De Pijp District Apartment 17 lies to the south of the city centre close to the beautiful River Amstel. Just across the road is the stunning Sarphatipark where you can relax in the sun. It is very popular with local Amsterdammers as well as visitors to the city. It is certainly quieter then the more famous Vondelpark which lies to the west and attracts more than 10 million visitors every year.


    If you are in search of some art, theatre and culture then Amsterdam is the place to be with over 60 museums alone. Just across the Amstel is the beautiful old Carré theatre and the popular Hermitage Museum. If you prefer your exhibits more animated then head to the nearby Artis Zoo also across the river in the leafy Plantage district.

    Getting around the city could not be easier as regular trams run along the adjacent street can transporting you to and from Central Station in minutes.
