Upon entering this apartment, you will feel at home. The space and the light make it a lovely place to stay. What also helps: the friendly, lush neighborhood it’s in, not far from the historical heart of Amsterdam.

You will find the spacious living area on the upper level of the apartment. Iris Penthouse Amsterdam offers a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a nice coffee table. You can enjoy diner at the big dining table for six. Entertainment is provided through a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Iris Penthouse has an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Among other amenities, you can use the dishwasher, 5-pit stove and a large oven.

Two of the three bedrooms are on the same floor of this spacious and surprisingly bright apartment. There’s a queen double bed for your comfort and also two single beds are available. Downstairs you will find the freshly decorated bathroom with huge sink, bath with showerhead and toilet. The master bedroom is located on the lower level of the apartment as well and is fitted with a comfortable double bed. Iris Penthouse Amsterdam offers more than enough space for 6 guests.

Within walking distance of this fancy apartment there lies the beautiful Amsterdam Zoo, the famous Amstel River and the cultural heart of the city. The newly opened Hermitage Museum is well worth a visit as well, 10 minutes on foot. Dam Square, the entertainment area on and around Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein and even Central Station can all be reached within 10 minutes by tram.
