The Kerkstraat Exclusive centrally located 1-bedroom holiday rental apartment sleeps up to 5 people. Measuring a spectacular 75 square metres with stylish white furnishings and wooden floor boards throughout, this apartment has the wow factor.
Divided over two floors with some steep stairs up to the bedroom, this is traditional Amsterdam living at its finest. You will feel very much at home with the amenities available including the stylish open plan kitchen which is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave and fridge. You can serve up all your favourite meals at the elegant dining table and chairs or perhaps enjoy a sociable breakfast with your guests in the kitchen whilst sat on the trendy bar stools.
In the living area you will find comfortable seating and a TV with international channels as well as a DVD player. Upstairs you find the bedroom with two single beds which can be pushed together to create a double if desired. Two more guests can sleep in the living area on two more beds and a third can also be provided if needed.
There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet. All fresh towels and bed linen will be provided for the duration of your stay and Wi-Fi internet is accessible throughout the apartment.
If you are in a group of more than 5 then why not consider renting our second apartment in the same building – the Kerkstraat Premium. Since there is a balcony shared by both apartments this would be perfect for socialising together.Please note that this apartment requires an additional cleaning fee of 45 euros.

Why not wander along the Prinsengracht up to the delightful Westerkerk district where you will find Holland’s most popular museum, the Anne Frank House.
