The Linneausstraat III offers a large group of friends, family or colleagues the unique opportunity to stay all together in one large self-serviced flat with an excellent central location. Stunningly designed, the 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Ideal for big social gatherings this stunning apartment covers 80 square metres and is located on the 3rd floor of the building. In the bright living area you will find a TV and large stylish dining table. There is a modern open-plan kitchen with everything you require to make all your favourite meals for your guests including a hob, oven, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds, whilst a third bedroom can be created in the living area where a double bedroom is hidden behind an attractive screen. A further four single beds are available for any extra guests if necessary. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of them attached to the main bedroom. Both rooms are fitted with baths and showers.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the apartment. Don’t miss the delightful balcony at the back of the building where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine with family or friends on an evening.
Please note that this apartment requires an additional cleaning fee of 40 euros.

The apartment is located in the east of the city at the end of the Oosterpark, a charming city centre park with a lake. It is one of the largerst city centre parks in Amsterdam and more popular with local people than the larger and more touristy Vondelpark.
You will find the Plantage district of the city on your door step. Here you will find Artis, one of the oldest zoos in Europe. Famous for its excellent endangered species breeding programme and its sheer size, it makes an excellent day out for all the family. There is even a small petting area where you can interact with animals more native to the Netherlands such as chickens and goats.
Public transport offers a quick way to and from Central Station with the stop for tram number 9 just 50 metres away from your front door making it ideal for business and leisure travelers with heavy luggage.
