The Peter Martensstraat apartment is a modern 4 bedroom apartment covering two floors in the new Ijburg area of Amsterdam. Up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated here.
Located out towards the east of the city on the edge of the IJmeer it is within walking distance of the city’s beach. There is no shortage of room here for you and your guests. You have 120 square metres of space to make use of. Of the four bedrooms, two are kitted out with comfortable double beds whilst the other two rooms have single beds. There’s a bright and spacious living room with a large TV, a huge sofa and reclining armchair. You will find beautiful views from the large windows. The kitchen is modern and open plan and includes a microwave and fridge for storage of your cold drinks and fresh food. You will also find a stylish table and chairs for sociable meal times with your guests. To make life easier during your holiday we have provided a washing machine and tumble drier for your own private use. Perhaps best of all is the glorious balcony upon which you can entertain guests or simply enjoy a fresh coffee in the mornings. Yes, we also provide you with a coffee machine.
Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for the duration of your stay and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the apartment for all your business and leisure devices to access.
Please note that this apartment requires an additional cleaning fee of 40 euros.

Whilst the apartment is not centrally located there are excellent public transport links to the city. The tram will take you 20 minutes to reach Central Station. There are also buses late into the night. If you are travelling by car you can park it in the private parking space.
The not so well-known Amsterdam beach and the IJmeer Lake are just 3 minutes from the apartment.
Most residents of Amsterdam choose to travel to the city centre by bicycle. There are many bicycle-hire facilities around the city. Seeing the city on two wheels gives you a whole new perspective. Many visitors also opt for this method of transport as it is quick, instant, energy efficient, healthy, free and most importantly fun!
Of course Central Station is the gate-way to the city with Dam Square, the Red Light District and the stunning Canal Belt area on its doorstep.
