The Rembrandt Park Apartment is located to the west of the city centre on the edge of the glorious Rembrandt Park. The park is a green oasis with ponds, playgrounds and even a petting zoo called 'de Uylenburg'. The Rembrandtpark is certainly much quieter than other city parks like the Vondelpark.
You will find a tram line on your door step that leads directly into the old city centre taking you to Dam Sqaure and ultimately Central Station which will appeal to travelers with lots of luggage.
Why not hop off the tram at the bottom of the Kinkerstraat and continue your journey into the centre on foot. Here you will find the Jordaan district which lies in the famous Canal Belt – a series of canals that ring the city. Classic 17th century Amsterdam wonky canalhouses leaning in on each other, quaint houseboats and little bridges crossing the long canals, this is Amsterdam at its prettiest. Wander the Nine Streets that link the canal rings and enjoy exploring the unusual antique shops, art galleries, gift shops and boutiques.Location - Area: Dam Square
