As the name suggests, this Amsterdam apartment is situated on the Oosterdok or Old Harbour, a tranquil area that has undergone a dramatic recent renovation. The harbour itself is home to a collection of fascinating buildings that can be enjoyed by the entire family, namely the Nemo Science Centre, the National Maritime Museum and the largest library in Europe, the Openbare Bibliotheek. This is also a prime location for accessing the country’s most popular visitor attraction; a canal boat tour, the perfect way to explore the capital. A diverse fleet of around 200 specialised vessels provides a vast variety of services and entertainment, from hop on, hop off tours to luxurious dining experiences.
