  • This Amsterdam accommodation is supremely situated slightly east of the city centre, with a multitude of attractions and entertainment venues within walking distance. The capital’s Central Station is also less than a kilometre away, enabling direct access to and from the airport, and granting you the opportunity of exploring more of the Netherlands. Overlooking the tranquil Oosterdok, this modern studio allows immediate admission to this wonderfully picturesque harbour, home to some of Amsterdam’s most desirable museums. For example, the recently refurbished National Maritime Museum and the interactive experience that is Nemo Science Centre. Both equally popular with younger members of the family, the latter has become one of the capital’s most recognisable landmarks, resembling a giant ship erupting from the water. During the summer months, locals and tourists alike flock to Nemo’s roof or “deck” to soak up the sunshine and enjoy spectacular views across the city.


    Reachable in ten minutes on foot are a host of other familiar sights, depending on your direction. To the east you have the historic Artis Zoo and enchanting Hortus Botanical Gardens, to the south you will find one of Amsterdam’s primary markets, the Waterlooplein Flea Market, and a stroll west will lead you through the vibrant Red Light District and into the city’s core of Dam Square.

    we had a fantastic stay at the old harbour studio 3 apartment. the location, staff and the apartment itself was fantastic with everything you need close by. had a brilliant stay for my first time in amsterdam and will be definately visiting again!

    Excellent location, and only a short walk from all city centre attractions. It is on a main road, but being at teh back of the building the room is nice and quiet. Staff at the office where you pick the keys up were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would definately stay here again.

    Excellent alternative to a hotel, offering much more freedom. I will avoid using a hotel in future. This is the way to stay when in Amsterdam.
