  • Located on a picture perfect canal between the Seven Bridges and the Amstel River you will be amazed how quiet and peaceful the area is. Nestled amongst the picturesque 17th century warehouses, townhouses and lovely little bridges that light up and reflect in the water at night - this is quintessential Amsterdam at its prettiest.   

    Just a few streets away is the famous Dam Sqaure where you enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by. Always very busy and exciting, the square plays host to many street performers including fire eaters, jugglers, human statues and buskers. Explore the Red Light District across the road or visit the world-famous floating Flower Market where you can have tulip bulbs sent back home to friends or family. The popular entertainment area Rembrandt Square is only a few minutes away. On your way there why not call in at the breath-taking Art-Deco Tuschinski Cinema. 90 years old and still going strong, this is possibly the most beautiful cinema in the world!

    The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished, in a perfect location, spacious and well equipped. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and our three year old son took a shine to them too. We didn't want to come home, and would love to return in the future. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends looking for a lovely city break.

    The Singel appartment is ideal for a stay in Amsterdam. It is spacious with 2 large bedrooms, extremely well equipped and is 5 minutes walking from the Dam square, while being in a quiet residential side. It was a great choice.

    Very clean apartment that is in a very nice neighborhood of central Amsterdam. The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a narrow Canal house. The stairs up to the apartment are very narrow and steep. The "first floor" of the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting room. The "second floor" has 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a bathroom. The washer/dryer is in an attic space (actually the 5th floor of the house) accessed through a ceiling pull-down set of stairs. The washer/dryer was difficult to use, since the symbols/settings are quite different from machines in the USA. However, this apartment is an excellent choice for a family visiting Amsterdam.
