You will find the Sudio Boom Apartment Amsterdam just a few minutes walk form Central Station in the New Market district - one of the oldest parts of this great historic city. On the market square you will find different daily markets selling anything from local farmers’ produce to antiques, books or hand-made clothes.
Why not visit Amsterdam’s notorious Red Light District? It is just across the road from your apartment. Be sure to explore the long canals at night time when the area really comes to life. The red neon lights reflect atmospherically in the canal water.
Call in to the 90 year old exquisite Art Deco designed Tuschinski cinema, possibly one of the most beautiful cinemas in the world. Here you can watch a film the way they used to in the old days, on a huge screen with 2000 people joining you. Just next door is the popular entertainment area Rembrandt Square where you can enjoy a beer outside whilst being entertained by street performers and musicians on a summer evening.
Take a stroll to the east of the city and visit the beautiful Botanical Gardens where you can walk amongst the giant cacti and lush exotic plants in the tropical green houses.
