Sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably, the 1-bedroom De Pijp District Apartment 6 has everything to make your stay in Amsterdam extra special.
This exceptionally warm and inviting apartment is immaculately presented with all the comforts of home including an excellent fitted kitchen where you can prepare all your favourite meals for you and your guests. Serve them up at the stylish dining table and chairs making mealtimes that bit more sociable. The apartment has one bedroom for two of your guests to sleep. It is fitted with two single beds and prettily decorated in calming colours to aide a restful sleep. In the living area two more guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa that also easily converts into a double bed at night time. From here you can also enjoy the flat screen TV provided for everyone's entertainment. it is installed with global channels with international visitors in mind. The apartment has its own private bathroom fitted with a sink, toilet, shower and bath.
The De Pijp District Apartment 6 lies as the name suggests, in the Pijp district just south of the city centre close to the beautiful River Amstel. This is an extremely popular and cosmopolitan area filled with interesting shops, eateries and the wonderful Albert Cuypstraat market.
Just across the road is the lovely Sarphatipark which is much quieter than the mammoth Vondelpark to the east. It is also very popular with local Amsterdammers.
Getting around town could not be easier as there is a tram stop on the street that runs parallel to that of the apartment. Trams travel regularly into the city centre, Dam Square and Central Station in minutes.
You may prefer to opt to 'go native' and hire bicycles to get around the city. This extremely cheapo and healthy alternative will allow you to see the city form a whole new perspective. Why not follow the Amstel out of town and explore the beautiful countryside just 15 minutes cycling time away?
