Dam Centre Apartment Amsterdam

Dam Centre Apartment Amsterdam is a charming and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, for up to two guests, in the heart of Amsterdam's Canal Belt and close to Dam square.

If you are looking for cozy accommodation in the city centre of Amsterdam, then this apartment may well be what you are looking for. The modern living room features a large sofa and a television.  At the other end of the room, there is an open plan kitchen area, complete with dining table and chairs. The small kitchen is well equipped, including an oven, microwave and fridge.

A separate bed room offers a comfortable double bed, with bedside tables and lamps. Everything is bright, clean and modern. The small but contemporary bathroom has a washbasin, shower and toilet.  A word of warning – access to the apartment is via steep stairs and makes Dam Centre Apartment Amsterdam unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Located in the very heart of Amsterdam, between the famous Canal Belt and the bustling Dam Square, this apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the city (and its nightlife). The “Negen straatjes” (9 little streets), home to many of Amsterdam’s exciting smaller boutiques, are just a short walk away. The Royal Palace on Dam Square, the Red Light District, the hectic Kalverstraat shopping street and the calm of the Vondel park are also within easy reach, either on foot, by bike or by tram. Visit the tempting Lindengracht food market on a Saturday morning, or the farmers' market on the Noordermarkt.

Nearby you will also find the Amsterdam Museum, located in a former monastery, a meeting place for anyone who wants to learn more about the city of Amsterdam. A fifteen minute stroll away, (or 5-minute tram ride) is the Museumplein, home to the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art and the Rijksmuseum with its collection of world renowned masterworks. For those of you who want to venture a little further afield, hop on one of the many trams to take you across Amsterdam. The main train station, Central Station, is also just a stone’s throw away.
