Located on the third floor of a modern building in De Pijp district of Amsterdam’s historical centre, the accommodation comfortably lodges up to 2 guests and guarantees all the uttermost facilities for a memorable sojourn
This cosy, charming and fashionable accommodation is delightfully pervaded by a minimalistic and classy essence: the overall comes brightly illuminated by large windows allowing abundant light during daytime, nicely reflected by white clean cut walls and spacious, high ceilings.
The living area is amazingly ample, furnished with two couches facing a small, minimalistic chest of drawers atop which a flatscreen TV is placed.
The dining space consists of a table with two chairs and faces the kitchenette corner, magnificently supplied with all the necessary implements you may possibly demand in order to prepare your own daily meals.
Set just next to the kitchen’s counter, a vast wardrobe will provide more than enough space for your belongings, while the toilet is snug, private and intimate, providing a shower box, a washbasin and a WC.
De Pijp is quite famous in Amsterdam for being one of the most effervescent spots of the historical centre.
Extending along the left bank of the Amstel river, up until the Old South neighborhood, the XIX century residential district is probably the most multicultural, multi-ethnical and, by far, unique area of the city.
The accommodation is situated nearby the public park of the district, Sarphatipark, not extremely vast if compared to other gardens, but surely boasting tranquillity pervading its well preserved green lawns, usually packed during the fresh, long summertime days, with picnic enthusiasts searching for a quieter spot far from the touristic clangors.
Have a walk along the Ceinturbaan avenue and reach the left bank of the Amstel river, with its beautiful long tree-lined promenades or, eventually, take the opposite direction to visit the shopping streets of the quarter and catch a tram to get to the centre; surprisingly, the “floating” Flower Market, the Canal Belt and the Dam Square are all at a very short distance from the accommodation’s area.
