Bright and spacious, this fantastic 3-bedroom holiday pad makes the ideal accommodation option for up to 6 guests visiting Amsterdam.
Featuring stunning original features including exposed wooden ceiling joists and beautiful wooden flooring throughout, this magnificent holiday home boasts both comfort and style. Kick off your shoes and get comfy in the main living room area on the sofa and two chairs and enjoy the flat screen TV also provided here.
If you feel peckish then why not make your own meals in the excellent fitted kitchen? You will find all the equipment you could possibly need and you can pick up delicious fresh ingredients close by from the market and local convenience stores. One of the bedrooms is also located on this floor and is fitted with two single beds.
A flight of stairs takes you down to the lower ground floor into the other two attractively decorated private bedrooms. One room has two single beds whilst the other room has a double bed.
There’s plenty of space here for everyone to spread out and relax and the location is absolutely fantastic making it an excellent alternative to renting hotel rooms for everyone.
Nestled perfectly within the delightful Jordaan district, just west of central Station, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect location for your holiday. The Jordaan is made up of a series of pretty parallel streets which are particularly famous for their attractive architecture and impressive window boxes which seem to be eternally in bloom. You will simply adore exploring this charming neighbourhood and there’s plenty to see here and in adjacent neighbourhoods such as the nearby Canal Belt to the east, the interesting Westerdok complex and beautiful Westerpark to the north.
Sitting just seconds away from the apartment is the Noordemarkt which stands in the square outside the Noordekerk, the Northern Church. Every day you will find all kinds of wonderful items on sale from food to textiles. One of the most popular market days is Monday when there is a second hand market held here in the morning. It’s a great place to pick up vintage clothing and some excellent affordable unique souvenirs of your holiday in Amsterdam.
The Jordaan used to be a terrible overcrowded and unloved part of the city but in recent decades has become one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in which to live in the whole country. It narrowly avoided being completely demolished following the Second World War. Thankfully it survived and you are sure to love staying here, so close to all the city’s most popular attractions.
