Important Information: Please note that these studios are located in a separate building adjacent to the small courtyard at the back of the main building. This building can only be reached through the main building and the courtyard, this route includes 1 flight of stairs to the lower ground level.

Only a few minutes’ walk away from Central Station and right across the road from one of the city’s most famous landmarks, NEMO science centre. Rising out of the dock like the giant bow of a ship, it is filled with interesting educational science displays and boasts an amazing open air roof deck. Here you can do a little sun bathing with local Amsterdammers and enjoy the year-round incredible views across the city.

The iconic Dam Square, Damrak, the main strip leading from Central Station, China Town and the infamous Red Light District are all very easy to reach on foot. If you prefer to escape the busy streets of the city centre then venture into the neighbouring leafy Plantage district. If you are a keen plant lover then you will be particularly interested in visiting the Amsterdam Botanical Gardens (Hortus Botanicus) here. The giant greenhouses here are kept at rainforest temperatures and you can walk amongst towering cacti and lush green environments. This has to be the perfect destination on cold or rainy days in the city.
