Important information:
From the ground floor, steep and narrow stairs lead to the third floor where the apartment is located. These stairs and the open stairs in the apartment make the apartment less suitable for small children, the elderly or those with mobility problems. 

Both bathrooms are only accessible through the bedrooms.

Perfectly positioned within easy reach of Amsterdam’s vibrant city centre, this apartment is conveniently situated within the city’s fashionable Jordaan district, an area which is popular with both locals and tourists alike. The neighbourhood was originally created in the 1600s to accommodate the ever increasing working class population of the city, however, it soon became poor, overcrowded and run down. During the 1970s, the Jordaan was given a much needed facelift which transformed it into the chic district that it is today. It is here that you will find a superb selection of charming cafes, fine restaurants and delightful boutiques, together with a fabulous array of must see sights and attractions.

One such attraction is the Anne Frank House Museum, which can be found overlooking the majestic Prinsengracht Canal just minutes away from the apartment. The house is where Anne Frank and her Jewish family hid from the Nazis during World War II and it is where she wrote her world famous diary. Also nearby is the stunning Westerkerk (West Church), the largest church in Amsterdam and one which is definitely worthy of a visit. Boasting some truly impressive architecture, the Westerkerk is renowned for its huge 85 metre high tower, which can be viewed from all over the city.
