Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an attractive apartment house, this fantastic city central pad makes the ideal base for all your adventures around town. Elegant exposed wooden ceiling beams, stylish furniture and wooden floors can be found throughout the apartment and there’s lots of natural light.

Make yourselves comfortable in the creamy white living room area where you can relax together and enjoy the flat screen TV also included. To the rear of the room stands a wonderful fitted kitchen enabling you to prepare favourite dishes from home at any time that suits you. There’s no need to obey stuffy hotel rules for breakfast time here. The large dining table and chairs make your evening meal a comfortable and sociable experience. It’s also a great place to lay out those unwieldy city maps too whilst deciding where to explore tomorrow.

Take the winding stairs to discover two bedrooms attractively presented in muted colours and featuring lots of storage for your belongings. One room has two single beds whilst the second boasts a double. Two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed back in the living room. Also included in the apartment is a sleek modern bathroom fitted with a sink, bath and toilet.

Located just across the road from the city’s delightful Jordaan district, the apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the most exquisite parts of the city during the day and night time. You can’t help fall in love with the Canal Belt district where you will find pretty architecture and house boats bobbing at the water’s edge.

The Jordaan area itself is absolutely fascinating with its picturesque18th century canal warehouses and townhouses leaning out over the canals, crooked roof tops and windows – the setting is positively fairy tale-like.

A visit to the nearby Noordekerk will reward you with a wealth of shopping possibilities in a market square setting. Mondays are most popular for antique stalls, furniture, second hand clothes for sale, toys, bric-a-brac, books, war memorabilia and just about anything else unusual. What a great place to pick up a unique souvenir of your visit to the city.

A visit to Dam Square will take you across many pretty bridges which link each of the large canals. They are trimmed by lengths of delightful shops selling anything from art works and antiques to vintage clothes and frothy lattes. The famous central plaza itself makes a great place to enjoy a cool beer and watch the world go by. You can also witness some excellent street theatre including magicians, escapologists and of course the many human statues that litter the square.
