City Park Studio 2

City Park Studio 2 is a modern and charming studio apartment for up to two guests in the west of the city centre of Amsterdam, near the Leidse Square and Vondelpark.

Access to the apartment on the third floor is via a lift. The studio has tall windows and is divided up cleverly into different zones. The living area is fitted with a large sofa, a coffee table and behind a stylish partition you will find a double bed. Wooden flooring runs throughout the apartment and is in keeping with the fresh design aesthetics. There’s an open plan kitchen fitted with everything you need for preparing a homemade meal and a dining table to enjoy mealtimes together.

A TV with international channels is also provided for your entertainment. The bathroom features a toilet, shower and wash basin. If you are coming with more guests, we have other apartments of differing sizes within the same building.

Important information: This apartment is located in a quiet residential building and is suitable for families or elderly.

Location

The apartment is served by excellent transport links with regular trams taking you to and from Central Station. Nearby you will find the Vondelpark, the largest city park in Amsterdam. Here we can recommend Café het Blauwe Theehuis (1937), a Modernist pavilion with a huge outdoor terrace, a wonderful place to relax with a drink or a meal. Just a few minutes walk away from the apartment is the popular Leidseplein entertainment area. Also the Canal Belt and the Jordaan district are at walking distance,

If art and culture are more your thing then be sure to make a trip to the nearby Museumplein. This huge square is home to two of Europe’s finest art galleries. The Rijksmuseum is rammed to the rafters with incredible artefacts of national and international importance including Rembrandt’s ‘Night watch’. Meanwhile at the far end of the square sits the world famous Van Gogh Museum which houses the largest collection of paintings by Vincent Van Gogh including many of his self-portraits. At Museumplein you will also find modern art and design at The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam and Moco. Head further along the road and you will come to the popular Heineken Experience museum. Here you can learn all about the history of Holland's famous beer.
