Wonderfully, light and spacious two bedroom apartment, for up to four people, in the Vondelpark area in Amsterdam, close the Leidseplein.

This contemporary, bright apartment offers lots of space and style, with the great bonus of a roof terrace, with wonderful views, for those warmer evenings. The living area, with wooden floors and neutral colour scheme, is a great space in which to relax on the large sofa and enjoy some television on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The large windows ensure plenty of natural light. The open kitchen area is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dishwasher and a dining table and chairs. The two bedrooms are light and, just as in the rest of the apartment, decorated in a neutral colour palette. One bedroom has a double bed and is ensuite with a shower. The other bedroom has a double bed and single bed. Both rooms are spacious and welcoming. The second bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, shower and a bath. All in all, great accommodation, offering everything you could possibly need for a successful stay in Amsterdam.

This apartment is situated on the Derde Helmerstraat , in the popular Old-West area of the City, and is close to all the amenities you may need. Want a bite to eat? Restaurants and cafés are plentiful, and for those who prefer to cook at home – there are plenty of shops in the neighborhood too. If relaxation is your thing, then take a 20 minute walk to the Vondel park, or maybe you like to shop – a twenty minute walk will bring you to the heart of Amsterdam’s most exclusive shopping street, the PC Hooftstraat, with designer shops galore.

The Palace on Dam Square and the hectic Kalverstraat shopping street are all only a walk, cycle or tram ride away. Visit the tempting Lindengracht food market on a Saturday morning, or the farmers' market on the Noordermarkt. Just half an hour away is the Museumplein, home to the Van Gogh Museum, the newly reopened Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art and the Rijksmuseum with its collection of world renowned masterworks.Something for every taste!
