This exquisite top floor 2-bedroom Amsterdam city pad makes the ideal accommodation for up to 4 guests visiting the city.
You are sure to be wowed by the amount of space and contemporary style here. Indeed the apartment truly lives up to its designer name. Get comfortable in the main living room area where you can plan tomorrow’s adventures together or simply relax after a long day out walking and enjoy the flat screen TV also provided. The sofa here also doubles a bed for one of your guests. An attractive balcony allows you to enjoy a glass of wine with your guests in the open air during the warmer months.
There are two separate private bedrooms that feature the same effortlessly cool interior design. This unfussy décor will certainly encourage restful sleep during your stay. Double beds and excellent storage furniture mean you can pack away all your belongings with ease.
Serve up home cooked cuisine at the dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchen has all the equipment you could possibly need and you can pick up tasty ingredients at the local supermarkets and grocery stores.
The apartment also features two private bathrooms with a toilet and sink. One room has a bath whilst the second has a relaxing bath – perfect for resting those tired legs after exploring the city daily.
The apartment is located towards the west of the city centre looking out across one of the larger canals. Wander east for barely a few minutes to discover the city’s iconic canal Belt district which jam-packed with wonky warehouse buildings and picturesque bridges and houseboats.
To the immediate north is the wonderful Westerpark which incorporates interesting water features, lots of trees and wide open grassy spaces. The park offers an immediate oasis of calm from the busy city. If you are feeling hungry head to De Bakkerswinkel at the edge of the park for a delicious breakfast, or just a coffee and a muffin. There are also eateries and bars that stay open late including Pacific Parc and Westergas Terras . The restaurant Raïnaraï offers Algerian cuisine and has a lovely terrace on the side of the canal. Next door you will also find Het Ketelhuis, a unique cinema formed form an old gas station showing primarily Dutch but also English films.
Make your way to and from the city centre via the delightful Jordaan district. Marked out by the city’s famous Prinsengracht Canal on its eastern border and the Lijnbaabsgracht Canal on the west this extremely pretty area is made up of a series of parallel streets.
Established in the early 17th century, the Jordaan was originally a working class area. For centuries it remained a very poor and overcrowded area. Today the neighbourhood with its beautiful streets and enchanting inner courtyards is one of the most sought after locations in the Netherlands.
If you prefer not to walk into the city centre you can easily hop on a tram or any of the regular buses that can whisk you into the city centre in minutes.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Bit small but we had 5 people. Be wary of narrow winding stairs with children or elderly people.
