You will find this delightful apartment located in the very heart of the city barely 5 minutes’ walk from the iconic Central Station itself. The main strip known as Damrak, the Red Light District and Dam Square are all right here on your doorstep.

The area around the apartment is extremely pretty and you are sure to recognise the world-famous tall leaning buildings and houseboats bobbing at the water’s edge. A large section of this neighbourhood was planned for demolition in the 1970s to make way for an ‘important’ access road into the city. Following major street battles the plans were eventually scrapped. In 1999 the entire city centre was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage site, ultimately preserving the city intact for future generation to enjoy. Be sure to wander around the local canals in the daytime and the particularly in the evening. The charming foot bridges light up prettily reflecting in the water – it’s extremely romantic.

Shopping addicts with absolutely love the nearby Harlemmerstraat which is packed with speciality gift stores, cheese shops, vintage and latest fashion boutiques as well as a cinema.
