An additional, separate toilet can also be found elsewhere within the apartment.

Ideally located towards the south of Amsterdam’s vibrant city centre, this apartment is perfectly positioned within the cosmopolitan De Pijp district of the city. Bursting with culture and diversity, the neighbourhood is the home to around 150 different nationalities and is renowned for its superb array of international cafes, bars and restaurants. De Pijp is also the home to Amsterdam’s most popular street market, the fabulous Albert Cuyp Market, which can be found just a short walk away from the apartment. Dating back to the early 1900s, this busy market boasts hundreds of colourful stalls, which sell everything from clothing and cosmetics, to linen and household items.

Towards the east of the apartment is the majestic Amstel River, which flows directly into the heart of the city centre. The river is often used to host various events throughout the year, including the rowing races Head of the River Amstel and Heineken Roeivierkamp, which both attract large crowds. Also close by is the fantastic Heineken Experience – an entertaining museum which is dedicated to the history and production process of Holland’s much-loved beer. Housed within an enormous, red brick building, which was once a brewery, the museum is filled with a collection of interactive exhibitions and is definitely worthy of a visit.
