The apartment is located a short stroll from the Nieuwmarkt (New Market), in a quiet and a picturesque side street surrounded by canals. It is situated between the scenic Oude Schans Canal and the Nieuwmarkt area, one of the oldest districts of Amsterdam.The lovely Nieuwmarkt Square is picturesque with art shops, markets, cafés and bars. De Waag, a magnificent historic building used to be St. Anthony’s Gate, part of the Medieval Walls and dates back to 1481.

The apartment is within walking distance of the National Maritime Museum, Rembrandt House Museum, Waterloo Square, Dam Square, Central Station and China Town. Most major sights and attractions are easily accessible. The metro-stop is right around the corner, giving access to the RAI exhibition centre and Central Station, which is just a ten minute walk away.
