NDSM apartment 7 is a contemporary and bright 2-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam North, ideal for guests who are looking for comfort, style, and a true feeling of home.

With just a short ferry ride, offered free of charge by the government of Amsterdam, you are conveniently located close to Amsterdam Central Station. This apartment has two bedrooms and with 55 square meters it is the perfect holiday apartment for small groups and families. The living room offers everything you need for a cozy vibe: a stylish and homely interior, high windows, beautiful floors, a lounge area with coffee table, armchairs, sofa and flat screen TV, and a dining area with a large table. In the fully equipped open plan kitchen you can find everything you need to prepare your meals and there is a dishwasher for your convenience.

The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds with soft, delicate linen and comfortable cushions for a good night’s sleep. Both rooms offer plenty of natural light, and curtains for an undisrupted sleep. A wardrobe is at your disposal to store luggage and wear. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower cabin, a hairdryer, and a sink and there is a separate toilet located in the hallway. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Amsterdam Noord (North) on the other side of the river IJ is more spacious and tranquil than other areas in Amsterdam, yet it is full of fun and interesting things to do. Locals love the area of Amsterdam Noord for its lovely views over the Amsterdam waters, cozy cafés, industrial area that is popular for organized food events and festivals, and off the beaten track bike lanes. Within a minutes' ferry ride from Amsterdam Central Station (offered free of charge by the Amsterdam government) you can reach several stations of the 'Northern grounds of the city'. Besides the ferries, other types of public transport between Amsterdam North and the city centre are bus and metro/underground. 

From the apartment you can enjoy a good walk to many of its interesting sights. One of the popular sights is the Eye Museum, located in a remarkable architectural building and particularly interesting if you are interested in the film industry. Next to the Eye Museum you can enjoy some beautiful views on the panorama roof and culinary adventures at the A'Dam Tower. Full of entertainment you will find two restaurants, a bar/lounge, and a club here.

At the ''NDSM-terrain'' (which is one of the ferry stops in the area), a former shipping wharf, you will find some hip and alternative cafés loved by locals, like Pllek, Cafe de Ceuvel and Noorderlicht. At times there are food festivals and music festivals organized here and once a month, there is the ''IJ-hallen'' (which is the largest flea market in Europe). You will find a great mix of people in this area, lots of students, artists, and also families with small children.
