Location

Conveniently situated upon the waters of Amsterdam’s Westerdok, this apartment is within easy reach of a number of shops, cafes and restaurants, together with an array of must see sights and attractions. Just a short walk away from the apartment, you will find the city’s beautiful Westerpark, which is brimming with picturesque scenery and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing picnic upon a sunny afternoon. The park is split into two sections - the old section which was created in 1891, and the new section which opened in 2003, and is also home to a theatre and a cinema.

Located towards the south of the apartment is Amsterdam’s hugely popular Jordaan district – an area renowned for its chic boutiques, fine dining establishments and famous landmarks, such as the striking Westerkerk (West Church) and the Noorderkerk (North Church). It is within the Jordaan that the renowned Anne Frank House Museum can also be found – an attraction which is certainly not to be missed and one which welcomes thousands of visitors from all over the world every single day. This typical, canal side house was where Anne Frank wrote her iconic diary, whilst she and her Jewish family hid from the Nazis during World War II.
