Located in the heart of Amsterdam and surrounded by many of the most popular city attractions, this outstanding holiday home makes the ideal accommodation for up to 4 guests.

You will find cool creamy white walls, high ceilings and wooden floorboards here creating a real sense of extra space whilst tall windows allow lots of natural light. The main living area features as lovely big L-shaped sofa where everyone can gather together in comfort and plan tomorrow’s adventures in the city. After long days out exploring the neighbourhood you will enjoy resting here in front of the flat screen TV also provided.

To the side you will notice a large dining table and six chairs enabling everyone to eat together. You can serve up home cooked meals whipped up in the wonderful fitted kitchen also included in the apartment. You will find all the equipment you need here and you can purchase tasty ingredients in the local convenience stores and supermarkets close by.

The master bedroom features a two single beds and ample storage space, while the second bedroom also includes two single beds.The rooms are calmly decorated to encourage a good nights’ sleep during your stay. A third couple can sleep on the sofa in the living room as it converts into a double bed with ease at night times. There is also a private bathroom fitted with a sink, shower, toilet and bath.

The apartment also features a private balcony which is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine with your fellow guests in the warmer months.

The apartment is located in the heart of Amsterdam towards the east in a leafy neighbourhood known as the Plantage. It’s less than a minute’s walk form the city’s most popular outdoor market, the Waterlooplein. Here you can pick up all kinds of unusual items from around the world as well as Dutch antiquities and vintage clothing. It’s up to you to pick your way through the mounds of bric-a-brac to find the buried treasure. Good luck haggling with the famously grumpy stall holders. It is definitely possible to pick up a bargain here however and there are lots of funny photo opportunities to be had.

The oldest and most central part of the city centre is right on your doorstep giving your ease of access to all the major city attractions on foot. One of the most popular locations in the city is Artis zoo which is also extremely close to the apartment. Here you can greet all your favourite wild animals as well as interact with more native animals such as sheep, goats and chickens. The butterfly house is particularly enchanting as you can feed the beautiful winged insects form the palm of your hand.

It is perfectly easy to walk to and from Central Station however if you are carrying heavy luggage you may prefer to hop on the metro (underground train) at nearby Waterlooplein station.
