Located in the heart of the charming Jordaan district, with its eclectic collection of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, this apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the city. Your neighbour is Gs Jordaan, a quirky brunch cafe. Around the corner of the apartment you will find popular eateries like the Italian restaurant Toscanini and restaurant Daalder or have some delicious tapas at Duende on the Lindengracht. The “Negen straatjes” (9 little streets), home to many of Amsterdam’s exciting smaller boutiques, are just a short walk away. The Royal Palace on Dam Square, the hectic Kalverstraat shopping street and the calm of the Vondelpark are also within easy reach, either on foot, by bike or tram.

Visit the tempting Lindengracht food market on a Saturday morning, or the farmers' market on the Noordermarkt. A fifteen minute stroll away (or 5 minute tram ride) is the Museumplein, home to the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art, Moco and the Rijksmuseum with its collection of world renowned masterworks. For those of you who want to venture a little further afield, hop on one of the many trams to take you across Amsterdam. The main train station, Central Station, and the free ferries to Amsterdam North are also just a stone’s throw away.
