Location

Albert Cuypstraat’s market is without any doubt the most renowned open-air bazaar in the whole city. Taking place every day right in the core of the XIX century De Pijp district, this blast of colors and fragrances offers an amazing quantity of traditional, organic and exotic groceries, delightfully displayed on large and perennially busy stands.

The suggestive, evocative quarter of De Pijp stretches its complex of streets and avenues along the left tree lined bank of the Amstel and it is not far from all the most important attractions of the old centre of Amsterdam.
In fact, The Dam and the Royal Palace can be easily reached in few minutes by public transportation, while the Flower Market can be even reached by foot in less that 15 minutes.
Equally closer are the Canal Belt, the Rijksmuseum overlooking the immense Museumplein and the more effervescent and vibrant Rembrandt Square.

Pay a visit to the Heineken Experience building and find out how the most famous beer in the world is produced: at a stone’s throw from the apartment lies this must that will surely, pleasantly surprise you!
