Start your day right with a brief walk across the wonderful Sarphatipark – grab a cup of coffee at Cafe Sarphaat (or, alternatively, get one once you leave the park and get closer to the Albert Cuypmarkt) and follow the lovely routes twisting through the park around the charming lake. When you leave the place on its north-western end, you’re in the perfect position to explore the famous Albert Cuypmarkt with its rich and largely diversified product offer, as well as the great selection of the surrounding cafés, restaurants and coffee shops.

If you spot a big red building a bit further to the north, then you’re very near the Marie Heinekenplein – a great place to stop by in the evening, with cheer and joy pouring from the local clubs, pubs and bars.
