Sarphatipark Apartment 8 Amsterdam

A comfortable and modern self catering studio, ideally accommodating up to 2 guests and conveniently situated in the famous, central De Pijp district, the Latin Quarter of Amsterdam.

Undoubtedly the best solution if you travel with your partner and you want to spend a tranquil, intimate and relaxing short sojourn in a desirable area of Amsterdam’s historical centre.

Delightfully located in the area stretching on the left side of the Amstel river, this charming and eye-catching self-catering studio consists of a wide accommodative space, gracefully and contemporarily embellished with a comfortable couch, a spacious wardrobe and a table with two chairs, nicely facing the flatscreen TV placed atop a solid shelf.

The sleeping area hosts a generous and welcoming double bed, framed by two nightstands and two wall reading lamps.

The kitchenette is set in a snug corner of the studio, adjoining the dining area, and comprises a large work top, a sink and a hob, vast wall cabinets and incredibly ample drawers. Enough space will cherish all the necessary things you may possibly desire for preparing your daily meals.

Most importantly, the warm and homelike overall is abundantly brightened during daytime by large, typical Dutch windows, allowing plenty of natural light inside.

Location

The famous De Pijp district is historically renowned for its popular and multi-ethnical essence, boasting a fascinating and unique mixture of cultures. Mainly a residential area built during the XIX century, the quarter hosts a busy market, one of the best in the whole city, started in late 1904 and still offering the best products in town.

The studio is situated nearby the green lawns of Sarphatipark, a desired spot for picnics during the long summertime days.
If you walk east along the rectilinear Ceinturbaan, you will easily reach the Amstel river and enjoy a long walk along its beautiful banks lined with trees.

Take the opposite direction to visit the shopping streets of the quarter and catch a tram to get to the centre. The Flower Market, the Canal Belt and the Dam Square are all at a very short distance from the studio’s area.
