Indiaan Harbour Apartment is a charming 1-bedroom apartment sleeping up to four guests, located only a few minutes’ walk from Amsterdam Central Station.

This is a wonderful accommodation for a small family or group of friends on holiday. Step inside and find a fresh creamy white colour scheme and contemporary furniture. Wooden floors give the apartment a sophisticated feel whilst also remaining welcoming. An attractive compact living area features a large sofa that converts into a double bed for two guests. You will find a flat screen TV here for your entertainment. The small kitchen area is open plan and fitted with all the necessary appliances you need for preparing favourite recipes from home. Enjoy your mealtimes together at the stylish dining table and chairs. The apartment has one bedroom fitted with two single beds. The private bathroom comes with a combined bath and shower, a sink and toilet.

Location

You will find the Indiaan Harbour Apartment in the centre of the city, a few minutes east of Amsterdam Central Station. Whilst most major visitor attractions are within walking distance you may prefer to go further afield. All public transport services can be found at Central Station. Chose between trams, buses, the metro, ferries or why not hire a scooter for an hour or a bicycle for the whole duration of your visit. Riding around the city on two wheels will allow you to see the city from a whole new perspective.

Head down the major street Damrak from Central Station and you will come to Dam Square. Home to not only the impressive National War Monument and the majestic Royal Palace the plaza also plays host to many street performers including escapologists, magicians and human statues. Why not enjoy a coffee sat outside one of the many cafes on the square and watch the world go by. There’s always something interesting to see here. If you would like to go on a shopping spree, we can recommend the department store Bijenkorf or just behind the Royal Palace the elegant shopping centre Magna Plaza.

We were a family of 4 and the apartment satisfied most of our needs. Just to warn you when we reached the apartment location it was a bit dodgy and not clean looking, but the inside was perfect. Plus points are that very close to the central station, the bus stop is just opposite the apartment to central it is only one stop. There is a lovely Chinese restaurant nearby- Sea Palace very recommendable and the Spar supermarket is just 2 minute walk. One whole if you are going with a small family definitely recommendable. The only down side for us was that the TV did not work but the DVD player was working , and we had some DVDs with us.

Apartment was as photographed and in a great location. It is modern and larger than expected however there were issues with the plumbing. Check in was straight forward and the staff in the office were very helpful. Would recommend highly

I can highly recommend Amsterdam Apartments. There was a problem with the original apartment we had booked but the support we received from the staff in rectifying the situation was outstanding. Within half a hour we were moved to a beautiful apartment. It was great to experience such friendly and understanding staff.

Very slick apartment with a nice view of the river and short walk from the centre. Has huge windows, high ceilings, modern/comfortable furniture, deep bath tub. We didn't want to leave!

A lovely basement apartment with own front door, pleasant decor and all you need for a comfortable stay. It was very cold on our visit but the heating was superb and kept us cosy. Close to station and city centre but far enough away to get a breather. There is a small Spar supermarket round the corner or a larger supermarket further up. Would highly recommend and if returning in the future would consider these apartments again. Very helpful and friendly staff too.
