This enables simple and direct transfers to and from the airport and also grants you the opportunity to venture further afield and discover more of this enchanting country, perhaps with a day trip to the beach. At Amsterdam Central Station are also trams, busses and the metro. A diverse array of attractions, restaurants, and nightlife options are close at hand, offering you a multitude of choices for the day’s activities. If you wish to try something typically Dutch, then Restaurant Greetje is located round the corner from your accommodation. This wonderfully authentic eatery uses only local ingredients to create a mouth watering menu that is an absolute must for food connoisseurs. Alternatively, a five minute walk will deposit you in Nieuwmarkt and Chinatown, both areas are home to countless cosy restaurants.

A short stroll south of your lodging will guide you through the leafy Plantage neighbourhood, brimming with history and culture, and home to one of Europe’s oldest zoos, Amsterdam’s Artis. A bit more to the east you will find the big windmill De Gooyer, next door is beer brewery and pub Brouwerij t IJ.

The apartment leeuw harbour is located central. Clean and very nice, especially the view. Comfortable for 4 people...the sofa bed is a bit too hard, but ok for someone who has no backache. We were satisfied and enjoyed the stay!

It was a really nice apartment on the 3rth and 4th floor. We had a magnificent viw on the Nemo ans the VOC ship.It was snowing, but the heating worked fine. We loved the big sofasleeper in witch we could sit the 5 of us! The bathroom had 2 sinks, wich was very convenient for us,even as the 2 toilets. We used the oven and microwave daily:it worked fine. We visisted everything in the city by foot. Tha Anne Frank House was most far away. Ik tokk us, in the snow, 30 minutes to get there. Don't gorget to grap your free cup of coffee or tea at the Albert Heijn Supermarket just 2 minutes away. If we come back, we definitely would stay here again!
