This accommodation offers all you need for a city break. The main living area has a dining table for two, a flatscreen television and a large sofa. Although there is no kitchen in this accommodation, you do have a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The bedroom features a double bed and bedside lamps. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet and washbasin. This apartment may be basic, but it is cozy and in a great location. What more do you actually need for a city break in Amsterdam?

Located in the very heart of Amsterdam, near the famous Canal Belt and bustling Dam Square, this apartment is a perfect base from which to explore the city. With its central location, the whole of Amsterdam really is at your fingertips. The “Negen straatjes” (9 little streets), home to many of Amsterdam’s unique smaller boutiques, are just a short walk away. The Royal Palace, Amsterdam Museum, the hectic Kalverstraat shopping street and the calm of the Vondel park or Begijnhof are also within easy reach, either on foot, by bike or by tram. Visit the tempting Lindengracht foodmarket on a Saturday morning, or the farmers' market on the Noordermarkt.

The Museumplein, home to the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art, Moco and the Rijksmuseum with its collection of world renowned works of art, is but a 15-minute stroll away (or 5-minute tram ride). For those of you who want to venture a little further afield, hop on one of the many trams to take you across Amsterdam. The main train station, Central Station, is also just a stone’s throw away.
