A short walk towards the north of the apartment will lead you to one of the city’s larger parks, the magnificent Westerpark. Brimming with some simply stunning scenery, the park also features an array of entertaining facilities, such as an animal park, various cafes and a fantastic cinema. The Westerpark is split into two parts – the oldest part which was created in the late 1800s, and the newer section which was added in 2003 and is sited upon the grounds of a former gas factory.
